全自動粘（zhān）釘一體機

整機性（xìng）能特點：
  全自動粘（zhān）釘一體機由供紙，折疊部和打釘部，排齊校正部組成。變頻調速（sù），操作簡單可靠。自動折疊（dié），自（zì）動（dòng）計數，自動堆碼輸出。平均釘箱（xiāng）速度60米/分，40-70片（piàn）。粘（zhān）箱速度130米/分，100-200片。

 A.供紙部
1.采用皮帶前緣吸風走紙方式，準確可靠。
2.采用高檔（dàng）的電磁離（lí）合（hé）器及電（diàn）碰刹（shā）車係統，使供紙（zhǐ）部可單獨控製，操作簡單可（kě）靠（kào）。
3.壓（yā）紙（zhǐ）輪可調，適合紙板厚度（dù）為2一（yī）8mm。
4.供紙部的前擋板和走紙皮帶左右（yòu）可調。

3.Adjustable press wheel,suitable for paperboard thickness of 2-8mm.

B:折（shé）疊部：
1.主電（diàn）機采用變頻調（diào）速（sù），係統無噪（zào）音，調（diào）速靈活、穩定（dìng）。
2.采用進口高磨（mó）擦力皮帶輸送紙板，自動折疊。

C:計數堆（duī）積部
1.采用數字控製，操作簡單，動作可靠，可不停（tíng）機輸入數據，自動計數，準德編出。
2.具有糾偏功能，偏差可（kě）調。
3.計數（shù）和推出采用（yòng）氣動方式，動作可（kě）靠，準確，快速。
