   半自動壓合式粘（zhān）箱機是根據用戶中小訂單需要最新開發的，它體積小占（zhàn）地（dì）少，操作（zuò）簡便不需經驗，非（fēi）常（cháng）適合小批量產品的生產和品（pǐn）種的更換；適用範圍廣，普通紙箱，異型彩盒單頁成型的（de）粘合（hé），加裝自動噴（pēn）膠裝置後（hòu）還能勾底紙盒和天地蓋紙盒；節省膠水，膠水用量隻相當於手工塗膠的1/3；省人工，機（jī）器（qì）最高轉速56米/分鍾，效率是手工操作的3-4倍；粘接牢固，整齊不溢膠，專利雙頭打磨器能非常好的（de）將粘口（kǒu）部（bù）進行打磨去除UV光膜層或覆膜塑料層等，提高膠水的粘接力，解除了紙箱廠在一些季節紙箱容易開膠（jiāo）的難題。本機由於采用手工收折，在提（tí）高工作效（xiào）率的（de）同時還適用於全自動機不好加工的壓（yā）痕線不正、特殊異型（xíng）與（yǔ）紙麵有開窗的（de）製品。
