送紙部功能：

2.用電子凸輪替代複雜的機（jī）械凸輪控製，輸紙輪軸與電機軸采用同步帶連（lián）接，消除了送紙輪工作中的所有間隙（xì），有效提高送紙精準度，並可避免紙板左右跑偏現象。

3.真空吸輔風量（liàng）變頻調節；設（shè）置（zhì）連續輸送和隔張送紙功能；設置上吸塵除屑機（jī）構，並可自動進行風量調整。

印刷部功能：

3.網紋輥送（sòng）紙部聯動升降工（gōng）作，著墨時同印版間隙（xì）電動調整；印版輥同走（zǒu）紙吸（xī）風箱壓力電動調整，並可以分別調整風（fēng）量設定。

4.膠輥（gǔn）勻墨係（xì）統采用新型工藝，在確保實地印刷同時兼容六十線（xiàn）以上的（de）高網點印刷。

開槽部功能：

1.人機界麵和電動按（àn）鈕調整雙係統操作，可完成開精箱高、相位、軸向移（yí）動調整。

2.配置自鎖（suǒ）功能預壓快調（diào）機構，保證了（le）盤、軸之間長期（qī）精度，壓線時或緩了對紙板的破壞。

3.包裹了憂質（zhì）聚氮脂的壓線上輪，保（bǎo）證了紙板硬度免遭破壞。

4.設置同步聯動電動軸向移動（dòng），使上下壓線輪、上（shàng）下開槽刀盤、導向輪同步進行凋整；自潤（rùn）耐磨導向機構，保證了移位長期正確和提高耐（nài）用度。

5.壓線輪軸、開槽輪軸選用優質合金鋼，經表麵研磨加工後鍍硬鉻處理；分別經過粗、精（jīng）兩台動平衡設備（bèi）上進行校正，保證找到最佳平衡點（diǎn）。

6.選用優質合金（jīn）鋼開槽（cáo）刀，齒形刀刃寬度為（wéi）7mm。

模切部（bù）功能

2.采用獨特的內置差速補償裝置，當優力膠（jiāo）墊外徑變化時，可以（yǐ）自動進行線速度補償，確（què）保（bǎo）生產工件規格的一（yī）致性，並可增加優力膠墊（diàn）使用壽命。

3.當模切部開始（shǐ）工作時，模版輥自動提升至工作位置，優力膠墊輥進入自動位移工（gōng）作狀態；優力膠墊輥同模版（bǎn）輥差異化特速設（shè）計；裝置膠墊自動切削修複機構，可對優（yōu）力膠進行多次（cì）修複。

4.模版輥、膠墊（diàn）輥均選用優質鋼材，先正火處理後進行內外切削加工，經精（jīng）磨加工鍍硬鉻處理，分別進行動平衡校正。

5.按裝（zhuāng）帶有防偏跑位的自動糾偏功能的清廢輸送裝置。
